Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The road transport authority may, in writing, approve courses, conducted in the ACT or elsewhere, for the training of the holders of provisional licences.
(2) An approval is a notifiable instrument.
Note A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
(3) A person is eligible to undertake an approved provisional driver training course in the ACT only if the person has held a provisional licence for at least 6 months.
