Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) If the road transport authority approves an application by a person for accreditation, the authority must give the person a certificate of accreditation.
(2) The certificate of accreditation must show—
(a) the accreditation number allocated to the person; and
(b) the person's full name; and
(c) a photograph of the person; and
(d) the person's signature (or a reproduction of the signature); and
(e) the expiry date of the accreditation; and
(f) for a heavy vehicle driver assessor—the licence class for which the person is accredited.
(3) The maximum period the road transport authority may accredit a person is 5 years.
