LAKES REGULATION 2019 - REG 20
Speed limit when people under 18 years old(1) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person operates a boat on a lake; and
(b) the boat is operated at a speed of more than 60 knots; and
(c) a person under the age of 18 years is on the boat.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
