Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The regulator must vary the licence, or refuse to vary the licence, within 90 days after the day an application for a variation of the licence is received by the regulator.
(2) For the period mentioned in subsection (1), the following days are not counted:
(a) a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday;
(b) a day on which the regulator cannot proceed with the decision-making process, or a related function, because the regulator is waiting for information that the applicant has been asked, in writing, to give.
