GAS SAFETY REGULATION 2001 - REG 20B

The following entities are prescribed:

        (a)     in relation to a decision mentioned in schedule 1, part 1.1—an entity mentioned in schedule 1, column 4;

        (b)     in relation to a decision mentioned in schedule 1, part 1.2—an entity mentioned in column 3.
