Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The planning and land authority may approve defect tags for this regulation.
(2) If the planning and land authority approves a defect tag for a particular purpose, the defect tag must be used for that purpose.
