DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATION 2004 - REG 8

Meaning of dangerous substance—Act, s 10 (1) (h)

    (1)     In the Act (including this regulation):

"dangerous substance "includes an unstable explosive article or substance.

    (2)     A firework is a dangerous substance.
