Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) The holder of a shotfirer's licence must, for each explosive used under the licence, make a record of the use that complies with subsection (2).
(2) The record must include the following:
(a) the name and classification code of the explosive;
(b) the quantity of the explosive used;
(c) the purpose for which the explosive was used;
(d) any information or documents required by a form for the record approved under the Act, section 222.
(2) The holder of a shotfirer's licence must keep a record made under this section of the use of an explosive for at least 3 years after the day of use, whether or not the licence continues in force.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
