Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) For this regulation, if different kinds of explosive articles of hazard division 1.6 are stored or carried together, their collective hazard division is taken to be hazard division 1.1, unless subsection (2) applies.
(2) The collective hazard division of the explosive articles may be treated as hazard division 1.6 if the person seeking to treat them in that way establishes that it is proved by testing or analogy that there is no additional risk of sympathetic detonation between the articles.
