DOMESTIC ANIMALS REGULATION 2001 - REG 6

A registration certificate for a dog must state the following information:

        (a)     the registration number allotted to the dog;

        (b)     if the dog is a recognisable breed—the breed;

        (c)     the colour of the dog;

        (d)     if the dog is an assistance animal—a statement to that effect;

        (e)     the name and address of the keeper of the dog.
