Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject for an internal inspection to section 30, an inspector may, at any time, enter into or on premises for the purpose of inspecting or examining a boiler or pressure vessel on the premises.
(2) The entry may be made between sunset and sunrise only when the boiler or pressure vessel is in operation.
