Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) It is a condition of a licence that the licensee satisfy the relevant requirements for continuing professional development set out in the guidelines under subsection (2).
(2) The commissioner for fair trading may, in writing, make guidelines for continuing professional development for licensees.
(3) A guideline under subsection (2) is a notifiable instrument.
