WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 1996 - SECT 3C

Declaration of authority—dict, def witness

    (1)     The Minister may declare an authority to be an authority for the dictionary, definition of "witness", paragraph (a) (ii).

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
