WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 1996 - SECT 3B

Declaration of complementary witness protection law

    (1)     The Minister may declare that a law of the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory is a complementary witness protection law for this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
