WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 270
Immunity from liability(1) An inspector, or other person engaged in the administration of this Act, incurs no civil liability for an act or omission done or omitted to be done in good faith and in the execution or purported execution of powers and functions under this Act.
(2) Any civil liability that would, apart from this section, attach to a person attaches instead to the Territory.
