Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsA worker who is otherwise entitled to compensation under this Act is not entitled to compensation for a period when the worker is imprisoned because the worker has been convicted of an offence against a law of the Territory, a State, the Commonwealth or another Territory.
