Will attested by beneficiary or domestic partner of beneficiaryNo will or testamentary provision of a will shall be void by reason only of
the execution of the will having been attested by a person, or the domestic
partner of a person, who has or may acquire, under the will or provision, any
interest in property subject to the will.
