VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT 1994 - SECT 25

    (1)     The amount of the victims services levy payable by a person must be stated on––

        (a)     the fine order; and

        (b)     any notice or copy of the fine order given to the person.

    (2)     In this section:

"fine order"—see the Crimes (Sentencing) Act 2005 , section 14 (2).
