VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT 1994 - SECT 18

The Minister may end the coordinator's appointment—

        (a)     for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity; or

        (b)     under the instrument of appointment.

Note     A person's appointment also ends if the person resigns (see Legislation Act, s 210).
