Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsAn ACAT dispute is a dispute between someone mentioned in table 123, column 2 and someone mentioned in column 3, if the dispute relates to—
(a) an owners corporation; or
(b) if something is stated in column 4 in relation to the dispute, the matter mentioned in column 4.
