UTILITIES (TECHNICAL REGULATION) ACT 2014 - SECT 44
Operating certificate—further information(1) The technical regulator may, by written notice, require the applicant to give the technical regulator further stated information about the application including plans detailing the regulated utility service or the proposed regulated utility service.
(2) The technical regulator is not required to decide an application until the applicant complies with a requirement under subsection (1).
