Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the chairperson of the board is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present.
(2) If the chairperson—
(a) is not present; or
(b) declines to preside;
at a meeting of the board, the members present must elect 1 of the members present to preside at the meeting.
(3) At a meeting of the board, a quorum consists of a majority of the people for the time being holding office as members of the board.
