UNITING CHURCH IN AUSTRALIA ACT 1977 - SECT 9

    (1)     The members of the trust may determine the form of the common seal of the trust.

    (2)     The members of the trust shall have the custody of the common seal of the trust.

    (3)     The common seal of the trust shall be attached to the documents or classes of documents that the members of the trust determine.

    (4)     The attaching of the common seal of the trust shall be attested by not less than 2 members of the trust.
