TERRITORY RECORDS ACT 2002 - SECT 7

For this Act, an "agency" is—

        (a)     the Executive; or

        (b)     the Supreme Court; or

        (c)     the Magistrates Court or Coroner's Court; or

        (d)     the ACAT; or

        (e)     the Legislative Assembly Secretariat; or

        (f)     an administrative unit; or

        (g)     any other prescribed authority; or

        (h)     a board of inquiry under the Inquiries Act 1991 ; or

              (i)     a judicial commission under the Judicial Commissions Act 1994 ; or

        (j)     a royal commission under the Royal Commissions Act 1991 ; or

        (k)     an entity declared under the regulations to be an agency.
