TERRITORY RECORDS ACT 2002 - SECT 45

Chairperson and deputy chairperson

    (1)     The Minister must appoint—

        (a)     an appointed member to be chairperson; and

        (b)     another appointed member to be deputy chairperson

    (2)     A person appointed to be chairperson or deputy chairperson ceases to hold office if the person ceases to be an appointed member.
