TERRITORY RECORDS ACT 2002 - SECT 19

Approval of schedules for the disposal of records

    (1)     The director may, in writing, approve schedules for the disposal of an agency's records.

    (2)     An approved schedule is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
