TREE PROTECTION ACT 2005 - SECT 75

Criteria for tree protection directions

    (1)     The conservator may, in writing, determine criteria for the giving of tree protection directions.

    (2)     A determination is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
