Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The advisory panel may delegate any of its functions to a member of the advisory panel subject to the requirements (if any) prescribed by regulation.
Note For the making of delegations and the exercise of delegated functions, see the Legislation Act, pt 19.4.
(2) However, the advisory panel may only delegate the following functions to a member of the panel with extensive experience in arboriculture, forestry or horticulture:
(a) giving advice to the conservator in relation to an approval of an activity under division 3.3;
(b) giving advice to the conservator
in relation to an approval of a tree management plan.
