TREE PROTECTION ACT 2005 - SECT 71

The Minister may, by written notice to a member of the advisory panel, end the member's appointment to the advisory panel—

        (a)     for misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity; or

        (b)     for contravening section 72.

Note     A person's appointment also ends if the person resigns (see Legislation Act, s 210).
