TREE PROTECTION ACT 2005 - SECT 45

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, determine—

        (a)     criteria (the registration criteria ) for the registration of a tree; and

        (b)     criteria (the cancellation criteria ) for the cancellation of the registration of a tree.

    (2)     A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
