TREE PROTECTION ACT 2005 - SECT 43

    (1)     A person may, without charge, inspect the tree register during ordinary office hours at the office of the conservator.

    (2)     A person may make a copy of all or part of the tree register.

Note     A fee may be determined under s 109 for s (2).
