TREE PROTECTION ACT 2005 - SECT 31

Guidelines for tree management plans

    (1)     The conservator may, in writing, determine guidelines for tree management plans.

    (2)     A determination is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
