Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The conservator may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the conservator further stated information or a document that the conservator reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2) If the applicant fails to comply with a requirement under subsection (1), the conservator may refuse to consider the application further.
