Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable after receiving an application for reconsideration of a decision (the first decision ), the conservator must, in writing, ask the advisory panel for advice on the application.
(2) Within 30 days after the day the advisory panel receives the conservator's request, the advisory panel must give the conservator its advice.
(3) Within 30 days after the day the conservator receives the advisory panel's advice, the conservator must—
(a) reconsider the first decision having regard to the advisory panel's advice; and
(b) confirm, vary or set aside the first decision.
