Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An inspector, or any forest overseer employed by the Territory or any person authorised in writing by the Minister, may require any person reasonably suspected of having committed, or of being about to commit an offence against this Act to give his or her name in full and place of abode.
(2) Any person who, after being so required and on production of the necessary authority, fails to give his or her real name or place of abode, commits an offence.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
