Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsA consent duly given under section 20 or 21 is sufficient authority for the removal of blood from the body of the person who has given the consent, or from the body of the child of the person who has given the consent, as the case requires—
(a) at a hospital; or
(b) at premises, or in a vehicle, used by the Australian Red Cross Society, or by another body approved by the Minister for this division, for the removal of blood from the bodies of persons.
