Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsSubject to section 19, an order by the ACAT under the Guardianship and Management of Property Act 1991 , section 70 consenting to the removal of specified non-regenerative tissue from a person for transplantation is sufficient authority for a medical practitioner to remove, at any time after 24 hours after the time the order was made, the non-regenerative tissue specified in the order for the purpose of transplantation of the tissue to the body of another living person.
