Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A tobacco licence commences on the date specified in the licence as its commencement date.
(2) Subject to this Act, a tobacco licence (including a renewed licence) remains in force until the end of 31 August next following the grant of the licence.
