TOBACCO ACT 1927 - SECT 30

Deputy registrars of tobacco

    (1)     The chief executive may appoint a public servant as a Deputy Registrar of Tobacco.

    (2)     A deputy registrar may perform any function of the registrar, subject to any direction of the registrar.
