TOBACCO ACT 1927 - SECT 18B

Prohibition on sale or import of declared smoking product

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person sells or imports a declared smoking product.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     In this section:

"declared smoking product"—see section 18A (1).
