TRUSTEE ACT 1925 - SECT 31
Sale of part of land(1) A trust or power to sell or dispose of land includes a trust or power to sell or dispose of part of the land, whether the division is horizontal, vertical, or otherwise.
(2) This section applies to a trust except so far as the contrary intention appears in the trust instrument.
