TRUSTEE ACT 1925 - SECT 27D
Application of rule in Howe v Earl of Dartmouth to leases(1) The rule in Howe v Earl of Dartmouth (1802) (7 Ves 137) does not apply in relation to property consisting of a territory lease.
(2) This section applies to a trust unless the contrary intention appears in the trust instrument.
