STANDARD TIME AND SUMMER TIME ACT 1972 - SECT 6

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, declare a period to be a summer time period for this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
