Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An applicant for compensation under this part to whom the registrar gives notice under section 62 (1) may, within 21 days after the date when notice is so given, make application to the Magistrates Court for an order under this section.
(2) The court, on application under this section, may, if it considers appropriate, by order, vary a determination of the registrar under section 61 (1).
