Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsIf a licensed dealer acquires a motor vehicle or other goods as part of the consideration for the sale of a motor vehicle or an interest in a motor vehicle for or on behalf of a person, the dealer shall pay an amount equal to the amount allowed in relation to the motor vehicle or other goods into the trust account referred to in section 33 as if that amount had been received by the dealer in relation to that sale.
