Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A provision of an agreement or contract that purports to exclude, limit or modify the operation of this part or the NSW Act has no effect.
Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including regulations (se e Legislation Act 2001 , s 104).
(2) A person must not enter into an agreement with a purchaser that includes a provision of a kind mentioned in subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
