SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLES ACT 1977 - SECT 18

Telling people about Act's requirements

    (1)     If a person gives information to a licensee in relation to any matter that a licensee must enter in a dealings register, the licensee must tell the person about the requirements of section 17.

    (2)     In this section:

"licensee" includes someone acting for the licensee.
