Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar may give a relevant person for an application written notice requiring the person to give the registrar stated further information or documents that the registrar reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2) If the relevant person does not comply with subsection (1), the registrar may refuse to consider the application further.
(3) In this section:
"application" means an application for the grant of a licence.
"relevant person", for an application, means—
(a) if the applicant is an individual—the individual; or
(b) if the applicant is an corporation—the corporation or an executive officer of the corporation.
