SALE OF GOODS ACT 1954 - SECT 8

    (1)     Subject to this Act and to any other law, a contract of sale may be made—

        (a)     in writing, either with or without seal; or

        (b)     by word of mouth; or

        (c)     partly in writing and partly by word of mouth;

or may be implied from the conduct of the parties.

    (2)     This section does not affect the law relating to corporations.
