SUPERVISED INJECTING PLACE TRIAL ACT 1999 - SECT 21

The Minister must appoint—

        (a)     a member of the advisory committee to be chairperson of the advisory committee; and

        (b)     a member of the advisory committee to be deputy chairperson of the advisory committee.
